The 1872 City of Memphis Tax Record measures approximately 8.5" x 11".
This piece has moderate to heavy edge ware with edge line denting, creasing, paper loss and small tears along heavy fold lines. The top right has some small holes. The lower border has some small holes from possible filing purposes. Corners have heavy creasing and crushing. Overall creases are moderate. There are heavy fold lines from possible mailing purposes. Darkening is heavy. A few surface imperfections.
The 1889 Shelby County, Tennessee State And County Tax Record measures approximately 6" x 8.5".
This piece has heavy edge ware with edge line denting, creasing and small tears. There is a small hole on the lower left side.  Corners have heavy rounding, creasing and crushing. Overall creases are heavy. There are heavy fold lines from possible mailing purposes. Darkening is heavy. There are a few small stains. A few surface imperfections.
