Antique Baby Christening Gown-OVER 100 years old

I was told that this was my uncle's Christening dress.  He was born in 1913.  He was from the midwestern United States.  I think the fabric is a thin cotton (batiste?) like handkerchiefs were made from.   It is an off white.  It has lace, lots of tucks, embroidery, and a ruffle at the bottom.
There are a few flaws.  I see a couple of spots of iron.  One button is missing on the back. I see 4 holes a tiny pin size, one about 1/16th", and 2 that are about 1/8" on the front. It is in very good condition for its age.
Some measurements--approximate
sleeves 6 1/5" --before 1" lace added on
bottom ruffle is about 4.5" with embroidery on it and in other places
about 27" long from shoulder to bottom of hem
7" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
about 18" to 20" chest measurement
