Description

Antique color typogravure folio print on paper dating to 1915. Print is on a satin gloss paper, not glossy and not shiny, but in between. Condition is good and clean for a print of this age, with the left edge, showing evidence of once being bound in a book, which includes a crease running down the left utmost edge, from being bound . Print has text on back, in which a vague impression of text on back, can be seen on front of print. Print is from an incomplete antique book called the Mentor. Mentor published in hardcover and in softcover. All Mentor softcovers come with 6 prints being unbound. Again, this auction is for one print, from the hardcover book. This print is from the hardcover book, which was broken and incomplete when found. Blank margins are as shown and full.  Overall size is approximately 6 5/8 by 9.25 inches which includes blank margins.
Title is " Bright Angel Canyon."  Perfect for the shabby chic decor and collector and garden / nature enthusiast.
