I am offering for sale, the most Gorgeous WORK OF ART. An Antique (1950s), Hand Sewn and All Hand Decorated Mans Vest, from India. The Vest is Black Velvet, with Intricate Hand Applied Silver and Gold Thread and Yarn Work of multi colors, with hundreds of Sequins.The Vest has its Original Bkacj Cotton Lining, that is in good condition. See photo. Two Elephants on the Front, and One Large Elephant on the Back. Lovely, and very detailed. The Elephants are sewn in Trapunto style, hand stuffed, to make them 2 dimensional. See photos. Lots of color, and very striking. It is amazing that someone Hand Sewed all of this intricate Detail! Vest is in good, clean Antique condition. No damage, or Stains. See photo. Color is still strong. Measures approximately 20" long, and approximately 23" wide. As stated, a WORK OF ART. Would be beautiful framed, and hung on a wall.
