This condensor fan motor was recovered of a used condensor that was decommissioned.
Please note:Ā there is a blob of something stuck onto the bottom bearing cap/cover plate.Ā Ā It is extremenly hard and i assume it is JB weld or something like that.Ā Ā Most likely someone dented or punctured the bearing cover and used it to patch the hole.Ā Ā I do not recommend trying to remove the protrusion or the cover.Ā Ā Ā It protrudes off the surface of the plate about 1/8".Ā I recommend checking the grill cover before buying this to see if this blob might cause the motor not to be tightened flat down to the cover.Ā Ā if you feel it will cause you any issue by being there, i would not recommend buying this motor.
