Rare Antique Masonic Knights Templar IN HOC SIGNO VINCES Cross hand carved MOP

Hello
hand carved mother of pearl- very old.
One side has skull and crossbones/ knights templar flag - 2 other emblems and some letters.
The other side  has a symbol -hoc in vinces signo.
their is a tiny hole carved on one edge, it may have been part of something or a pendant.
OLd- solid condition- age appropriate ware- selling as found I did not clean.
