Wayne Engineering We202 Aluminum Chassis for 36D with vintage package.

Description

Wayne Engineering / Tradeship We202 Aluminum Chassis for 36D, SP600, Bobcat and similar motors with vintage package.  These are very study, yet lightweight aluminum chassis.
Wheel base is either 4" or 3 3/4". One chassis with original packaging is included. Orignal plastic bags have cracked so chassis are repackaged in new  bags with original packaging cards.
Photos of assembled chassis is for reference only, showing a recommended configuration.  This assembled chassis with motor, wheels etc. is NOT included in this sale.  Assembling as shown, yields a very nice handling, solid runner.  I used 7/8" diameter front wheels, 1 3/16" OD x 5/8" wide rears.  This leaves 1/8"clearance under chassis and 3 1/8" maximum width.  I used Paul Gage polymer tires.  They give just he right grip on my Carrera or commercial wood tracks.  Guide is 1/8" post. but there is material to allow drilling for 3/16 post guide if desired. this set up runs great! Front axle runs directly in frame and rear standard 1/4"o D x 1/8" ID bushing or bearings.
