Records of weekly payments dating from 1955 through 1959 are recorded inside.  Weekly Premiums started at 1.41 in 1955 and increased to 2.20 in Dec. 1957. The customer's name and address is written on back of book. Item is in good condition with some soil/wear (see scan).
